About the Company

Willow Graphics began in 1990 when I began giving original watercolor birth records to friends as baby gifts. Soon, I had requests to buy them. As a new mother, I decided that I would rather work at home to be with my two young sons. I started out with just birth records, and expanded into other types of family records. The business has evolved over the years and was a learning experience for the whole family. Both my sons and husband have helped me haul my things to craft shows, fold customer newsletters, and build new display booths.

Thank You

I want to thank all the loyal customers I have gotten to know through the years, some who have bought from the company since its inception. Without your support, Willow Graphics would not be the success it is today!

Background

I grew up in Haddonfield, Camden County, New Jersey; graduated from Rutgers, Camden in 1980 with a degree in graphic design, a minor in painting and a teaching degree in art. After several years doing freelance work I started Willow Graphics; incorporating my graphic design background and love of painting into a collection of twenty one original watercolor illustrations of family records which I market on the Web, at craft shows throughout the tri-state area and in retail stores. A link to this site can still be found on my husband's web site at www.ramsaycabinetmakers.com.

Painting in Oils Again

In 2003, I returned to painting with oils. The subject matter is usually landscapes, seascapes or street scenes from either photographs or on site locations. Much of my work is inspired by my summers on Long Beach Island where I haves a studio and love painting the changing colors and shadows of the bay, sky and wetlands. A past member of the Pennsylvania Craft Guild and past president and member of Artisans Depot, a craft cooperative in Pitman, my oil paintings have been exhibited at Rutgers University, Camden, NJ, The Jane Law Gallery, LBI, N.J., Wildflowers, LBI, N.J., The Tuckerton Seaport Museum, Tuckerton, NJ, Gloucester County College, Sewell, NJ and the Cheltenham Art Center, Cheltenham, PA. Ten of my paintings are on display and for sale at The View Restaurant in Barnegat Light, NJ. My pencil drawings have just been published in a book in 2006.

I reside in Wenonah, Gloucester County, New Jersey with my husband and two sons.
