About the CompanyWillow Graphics began in 1990 when I began giving original watercolor birth records to friends as baby gifts. Soon I had requests to buy them. As a new mother, I decided that I would rather work at home to be with my two young sons. I expanded the birth records line of designs to also incorporate records for weddings, anniversaries, family trees, new homes and adoptions. Using my background in graphic design, painting and calligraphy, I currently have twenty one signed original watercolor illustrations that prints are made from. My work is marketed by shows, this web site and repeat customers. The past five years my focus has also included painting in oils — see below. The subject matter is usually landscapes, seascapes or street scenes from either photographs or plein air (on location ). Much of my work is inspired by my time on Long Beach Island where I maintain a second studio. I love painting the changing colors, reflections and shadows of the bay, sky and wetlands and strive to capture the mood and energy that nature provides. Local landmarks or icons of a community is also a favorite subject matter for me. I'm drawn to paint old buildings, beach bikes or boats or whatever my camera finds that evokes memories of images that say "south jersey" or" jersey shore."
